These terms govern your use of crosstimberspoll.org and the Cross Timbers Poll text messaging program, operated by Cross Timbers Poll LLC ("Cross Timbers Poll," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging program
- Program name: Cross Timbers Poll.
- Description: Nonpartisan public opinion polling. Messages invite Oklahoma registered voters to take short online surveys and may include reminders and poll updates. We do not solicit donations by text.
- How you get messages: by opting in through the sign-up form at crosstimberspoll.org, or as part of a survey sample drawn from public voter registration records, as Oklahoma law permits for public opinion research.
- Message frequency varies. A survey invitation is typically followed by no more than one or two reminders.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP or email contact@crosstimberspoll.org.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Surveys
Participation in any survey is voluntary. You may skip questions or stop at any time. We publish results only in aggregate and never disclose how any individual answered.

Poll results, methodology and data published on this site are provided for public information. You may quote or cite them with attribution to Cross Timbers Poll. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and Cross Timbers Poll is not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
